It supports business park estates with estate park management, businesses with commercial premises and offers a variety of housing solutions to fulfil the needs of most resident demographics.

The company was inspired by Ralph Hemmi and Darren Bull, and their desire to create a lasting legacy for their families. They have been taught by some of the UK’s leading providers of property training and between them have over 30 years of hands-on experience with Commercial, Buy to Let and HMO Properties.

Latchmere Homes Ltd. manages a multi-million portfolio comprising Commercial Units, residential Buy to Let houses (BTL) and Homes of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) across Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, South Wales and Devon.
